一、什么是让步状语从句？
让步状语从句表示虽然、尽管某种情况存在，但主句的动作仍然发生，表达一种“退一步说”的转折关系。
常用引导词：although, though, even if, even though, while, whereas, as, whatever, however, no matter wh- 等。
二、常用引导词及例句
1. although / though（虽然，尽管）
Although it was raining, they went out.虽然下着雨，他们还是出去了。
Though he is rich, he is not happy.尽管他很富有，但他不快乐。
She passed the exam although she didn’t study much.虽然她没怎么学习，但她通过了考试。
He agreed to come though he was very busy.尽管他很忙，他还是同意来了。
注意：although 比 though 更正式，though 可用于倒装（如 Poor though he is…）。
2. even if / even though（即使，纵然）
Even if it rains tomorrow, we will go.即使明天下雨，我们也会去。
Even though he is tired, he keeps working.即使他很累，他仍然继续工作。
She loves him even if he has no money.即使他没有钱，她也爱他。
Even though I was late, the teacher didn’t get angry.即使我迟到了，老师也没生气。
区别：even though 表示事实（已经知道的情况），even if 表示假设（不一定发生的情况）。
3. while（虽然，尽管）—— 放句首
While I understand your point, I disagree with you.虽然我理解你的观点，但我不同意。
While he is young, he is very experienced.虽然他很年轻，但他很有经验。
While the task is difficult, it is not impossible.虽然这个任务很难，但并非不可能。
4. whereas（然而，尽管）—— 表示对比
He is lazy, whereas his brother is hardworking.他很懒惰，而他的哥哥很勤奋。
Some people like coffee, whereas others prefer tea.有些人喜欢咖啡，而另一些人更喜欢茶。
5. as（虽然）—— 必须倒装
as 引导让步状语从句时，要将表语、状语或动词原形提到句首。
Young as he is, he knows a lot.虽然他很年轻，但他知道很多。
Hard as he tried, he failed.尽管他努力尝试，但还是失败了。
Much as I like it, I won’t buy it.虽然我很喜欢它，但我不会买。
Try as he might, he could not open the door.尽管他尽力了，他还是打不开门。
6. wh-ever 词（无论……）
- whatever（无论什么）
Whatever you do, do it well.无论你做什么，都要做好。
Whatever happens, stay calm.无论发生什么，保持冷静。
- whoever（无论谁）
Whoever calls, tell them I’m busy.无论谁打电话，告诉他们我正忙。
- whichever（无论哪个）
Whichever road you take, it will take you there.无论你走哪条路，都能到那里。
- whenever（无论何时）
Whenever you come, you are welcome.无论你什么时候来，都欢迎。
- wherever（无论哪里）
Wherever he goes, his dog follows.无论他去哪里，他的狗都跟着。
- however（无论多么）
However hard it is, we must try.无论有多难，我们都必须尝试。
However rich he is, he is not happy.无论他多富有，他都不快乐。
7. no matter wh-（无论……）
与 wh-ever 词意思相同，用法一样。
No matter what you say, I won’t believe you.无论你说什么，我都不会相信你。
No matter where you go, I will find you.无论你去哪里，我都会找到你。
No matter how difficult it is, don’t give up.无论有多难，都不要放弃。
No matter who he is, he must obey the law.无论他是谁，都必须遵守法律。
8. whether…or…（无论……还是……）
Whether you like it or not, you have to do it.无论你喜欢与否，你都得做。
Whether it rains or shines, we will start at 6 am.无论下雨还是天晴，我们都会早上6点出发。
三、although / though 与 but 不能连用
重要规则：although/though 不能和 but 同时出现在一个句子中。
❌ Although he is rich, but he is unhappy.✅ Although he is rich, he is unhappy.虽然他很富有，但他不快乐。
✅ He is rich, but he is unhappy.他很富有，但他不快乐。
同样，even though 也不能和 but 连用。
四、as 引导让步从句的倒装结构（详细）

注意：名词前不用冠词（Child as he is，不是 A child as he is）。

七、快速记忆口诀
让步从句表虽然，although/though 最常用。even if/though 是“即使”，while 放句首也挺好。as 引导必倒装，形/副/名词往前搬。wh-ever 和 no matter，无论什么都能管。although 和 but 不共存，这个规则要记严。
